# Rockblade Rock 868S – Winter Tire Performance Redefined ## Advanced Asymmetric Tread Design The Rockblade Rock 868S features an asymmetric pattern engineered specifically for winter conditions. The outer tread delivers precise handling and cornering stability, while the inner wide grooves enhance water evacuation, reducing hydroplaning risk and improving grip on wet or slush-covered roads. ## Optimized Snow and Ice Traction Equipped with zigzag longitudinal grooves, the tire creates a biting edge effect that actively compresses and ejects snow, maintaining constant traction. This design, combined with continuous center ribs, ensures responsive steering and straight-line stability on snow-packed surfaces. ## Intelligent Sipe Technology The 3D zigzag sipe arrangement works in harmony with a strategic distribution pattern—denser on the inside for superior snow and ice braking, sparser on the outside to support dry and wet handling. This balance delivers confident control across varying winter conditions. ## Cold-Weather Rubber Compound A silica-enhanced compound remains flexible in extreme cold, down to -40°C. This allows the tread to conform to the road surface, increasing contact area and friction on icy or wet pavement, resulting in shorter braking distances and improved safety during winter driving..
